I wanted to sell my apartment but there seemed to be so many problems. First, I live in London and the person I gave my keys to was making it very difficult for Marie Josee to collect them. Then my tenant decided he was not going to let any showings take place, there was so much competition in North Bay Village, so many apartments for sale and most of them at ridiculously low prices and they all seemed to have a superior kitchen to mine! On top of all this, it was a time when nothing seemed to be selling. Sounds impossible? Well not for Marie Josee – she just took it all in her stride. After trying many times she finally managed to collect the keys, she spoke to my tenant in such a kind and diplomatic way which completely won him over and to my surprise he agreed to do viewings. Once these obstacles were over, Marie Josee was free to do what she does best – extensive marketing, great photos and she enthusiastically continued to keep showing the apartment over and over again. We received a full priced offer !  Marie Josee in the slightest, with her commitment, dedication and patience she carried on showing the apartment every chance she could. Things were slow for a while and I had actually given up all hope of selling but I am happy to say that Marie Josee never gave up at all. Her positive energy never wavered and it was due to all her hard work, constant optimism and persistence which finally lead to the sale. We ended up getting 2 offers, both from cash buyers in the same week and then another offer a week later. (And this was when I had completely given up!) I would just like to add that Marie Josee is such a pleasure to work with, as well as being very professional, she is charming, friendly, extremely polite and helpful and always answered my numerous questions in a very prompt manner.
